aegean-dbg software package provides integrated genome analysis toolkit, with debug symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aegean-dbg
aegean-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aegean-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aegean-dbg *
You will get with aegean-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
